Reaction Steps
Example 152 was prepared from 5-tert-butyl-2-methyl-pyridin-3-ylamine (see U.S. provisional application 60/567,693) and 3-[4-(5-ethyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-imidazol-1-yl]-4-methyl-benzoic acid methyl ester (Example 151) in the same manner as Example 151. ESI MS m/z 519 [C32H34N6O+H]+.
