Reaction Steps
Following the procedure of Example 15, 3-Bromo-1-methyl-6-methylsulfanyl-1H -pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine and [2-Fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester gave the title compound as an off white solid; LC/MS(m/e) at 390.2 (MH+), Rt=2.56 min.
