PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared in analogy to example 1 (b) from 2-isopropoxy-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (Example A1) and 1-(4-methyl-thiazol-2-yl)-piperazine. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, ethyl acetate/heptane) to yield the title compound as an amorphous yellow solid (yield 87%). MS (m/e): 424.1 (M+H+, 100%).
