Reaction Steps
A solution of 8-[2-(6-methoxy-[1,5]naphthyridin-4-yl)ethyl]-1,4-dioxa-spiro[4.5]decan-8-ol (960 mg, 2.79 mmol) in THF/H2O/AcOH (2:2:3, 22 ml) was stirred overnight at 65° C. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by chromatography on silica gel (EtOAc).
