Reaction Steps
According to Example 4b), 500 mg 4-tert.-butyl-N-[6-chloro-5-(p-tolyl)-4-pyrimidinyl]-benzene sulfonamide was reacted with 2-amino-ethanol to give 450 mg N-[6-(2-amino-ethoxy)-5-p-tolyl-pyrimidin-4-yl]4-tert.-butyl-benzenesulfonamide. LC-MS: tR=3.90 min, [M−1]−=439.44.
