Reaction Steps
According to the procedure described in Example 1g) 3.3 g 4,6-dichloro-2-cyclopropyl-5-(o-methoxyphenoxy)-pyrimidine (prepared according to procedures described in Example 1) was reacted with 4-tert.-butylphenylsulfonamide potassium salt to give 4.22 g 4-tert.-butyl-N-[6-chloro-5-(o-methoxyphenoxy)-2-cyclopropyl-pyrimidin-4-yl]-benzene-sulfonamide. LC-MS: tR=6.24 min, [M+1]+=488.23.
