Reaction Steps
This intermediate is obtained in a standard fashion starting from Cbz-Sarcosine and 1-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]-2-bromo-ethanone in the presence of caesium carbonate in DMF.
