Title compound was prepared from (S)-2-({(S)-3-[4-(4-chloro-3-trifluoromethyl-benzyloxy)-phenyl]-2-oxo-2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1H-4-oxa-1,6-diaza-anthracene-7-carbonyl}-amino)-3-(4′-cyano-biphenyl-4-yl)-propionic acid methyl ester hydrochloride (0.05 mmol) following the general procedure F and B.
