In 2 ml of dichloromethane, 1019 mg of the Boc-aminopropanol-diclofenac obtained above was dissolved, and 8 ml of 4 M hydrochloric acid/ethyl acetate was added thereto under ice-cooling, followed by stirring for 3 hours. After 150 ml of diethyl ether was added thereto for precipitation, the precipitate was dried under reduced pressure. The titled compound was obtained at a yield of 791 mg (90%). The structure was identified by 1H-NMR.
