In 2 ml of dichloromethane, 201.3 mg (0.574 mmol) of the Boc-aminopropanol-actarit obtained above was dissolved, and 3 ml of 4 M hydrochloric acid/ethyl acetate was added thereto under ice-cooling, followed by stirring for 3 hours. Diethyl ether was added thereto for precipitation, and the precipitate was washed twice with diethyl ether and then dried under reduced pressure to give 161.3 mg (98%) of the titled compound. The structure was identified by 1H-NMR.
