An aqueous Na2CO3-solution (11.0 g, 104 mmol carbonate in 104 mL of water) is stirred with (6-chloropyrimidin-4-yl)-(2-methyl-5-nitro-phenyl)-amine (compound C3) (2.80 g, 10.6 mmol), 4-dibenzofuranboronic acid (3.36 g, 15.9 mmol) and bistriphenylphosphinpalladiumdichloride (0.74 g, 1.1 mmol) in ethylenglycoledimethylether (168 mL). The mixture is heated to 80° C. After 1 h the mixture is cooled and filtered. The product is purified by flash silica gel chromatography.
