Compound 478 (340 mg, 0.789 mmol) was added to a 2 mol/L solution of dimethylamine in THF (20 mL, 39.5 mmol), followed by stirring overnight at 60° C. The solvent was distilled away under reduced pressure, and the resulting residue was purified through silica gel column chromatography (chloroform:methanol=19:1), followed by reslurrying with a mixed solvent of ethanol and diethyl ether to afford the entitled Compound 479 (153 mg, 44%) as a yellow solid.
