According to the procedure of Example 1, except substituting methyl-(3-methyl-benzo[b]thiophen-2-ylmethyl)amine for the methyl-(1-propyl-naphthalen-2-ylmethyl)amine, and substituting (E)-3-[4-(3-morpholin-4-yl-propyl)-2-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-e][1,4]diazepin-7-yl]acrylic acid hydrochloride for the (E)-3-(4-methyl-2-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-e][1,4]diazepin-7-yl)acrylic acid hydrochloride, the title compound (0.20 g, 56%) was prepared as an off-white powder: 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 10.88 (br s, 1H), 10.48 (br s, 1H), 8.58 (s, 1H), 8.31 (s, 1H), 7.88-7.86 (m, 1H), 7.75-7.72 (m, 1H), 7.60-7.55 (m, 1H), 7.42-7.30 (m, 3H), 5.16-4.89 (m, 2H), 3.98 (br s, 2H), 3.92-3.79 (m, 4H), 3.63 (br s, 2H), 3.37-3.33 (m, 6H), 3.18-3.10 (m, 2H), 2.94 (s, 1H), 2.63 (br s, 2H), 2.42 (s, 3H), 1.92 (br s, 2H); MS (ESI) m/e 534 (M+H)+.
