3-methyl-N-[3-(2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethoxy)-phenyl]-butyramide (20 mg, 0.054 mmol) was treated with NBS (10 mg, 0.054 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) at room temperature for 2 hours. The crude was purified by HPLC to provide the title compound as an off-white solid (6 mg, 25%). Exact mass calculated for C21H27BrN4O2 446.1. found 447.2 (MH+).
