1-{4-[(4S,5R)-4,5-Bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl]-piperazin-1-yl}-ethanone was prepared from (4S,5R)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 7) and 1-acetylpiperazine in an analogous manner as described in example 8. HR-MS (ES, m/z) calculated for C30H31N4O3Cl2 [(M+H)+] 565.1768, observed 565.1772.
