Reaction Steps
To 2-(1-azido-ethyl)-7,8-dihydro-6H-5-oxa-9-thia-benzocycloheptene-4-carboxylic acid amide (0.20 g, 0.73 mmol) in THF (5 mL) was added water (0.10 mL) and triphenylphosphine (0.19 g, 0.73 mmol). The mixture was heated to 50° C. for 20 h, evaporated, and chomatographed over silica gel (10% MeOH/CHCl3) to give a colorless oil (0.10 g, 55%).
