Reaction Steps
The title compound (170 mg, 83%) was prepared from 1-(2-diethylaminoethyl)-4-trifluoromethyl-6-iodo-3-hydroxy-3-(2-naphthyl)oxindole of Example 48 (195 mg, 0.343 mmol) and 3-t-butoxycarbonylamino-1-propyne by the procedure similar to that described in Reference Example 21.
