Reaction Steps
This was prepared from 2,8-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4-bromoquinoline by the method of Example 1 using 3-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxymethyl)benzaldehyde in place of benzaldehyde and the crude product used directly in the next step.
