Reaction Steps
The product from Example 72B(0.368 g, 0.558 mmoles) in anhydrous TBF (2 mL) was treated with 1.0 M tetrabutylammonium fluoride (0.67 mL, 0.669 mmoles) and mixed overnight at room temperature. Reaction diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with saturated NH4Cl, H2O, and brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered, and the filtrate concentrated under reduced pressure to provide the title compound without further purification.
