Reaction Steps
The product from Example 92C (0.057 g, 0.0934 mmoles) in anhydrous DMF (1.0 mL) was treated with ethyl pipecolinate (0.072 mL, 0.467 mmoles) and heated at 80° C. overnight. The reaction was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with H2O (2×), brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered, and the filtrate concentrated under reduced pressure.
