The product from Example 234B and L-isoleucine tert-butyl ester hydrochloride were processed as described in Example 251A and 258B to provide the titled compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ12.09-12.71 (br.s, 1 H), 8.94 (s, 1 H), 7.93 (d, 1 H), 7.23 (m, 7 H), 7.03 (t, 1 H), 6.94 (m, 6 H), 6.82 (d, 2 H), 4.19 (dd, 1 H), 4.04 (s, 2 H), 4.00 (s, 2 H), 3.93 (t, 2 H), 2.91 (s, 3 H), 2.38 (s, 3 H), 2.21 (m, 2 H), 1.59-1.80 (m, 5 H), 1.39 (m, 1 H), 1.20 (m, 1 H), 0.84 (m, 6 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 702 (M+H)+.
