Trans-[4-[4-amino-5-(5-fluoro-2-methoxy-benzoyl)-pyrimidin-2-ylamino]-cyclohexyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (1.32 g) obtained from Example 113 was dissolved in 50% trifluoroacetic acid/dichloromethane (30 mL) and the solution was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The solvent was removed and the residue was treated with saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution. The mixture was extracted three times with ethyl acetate/tetrahydrofuran (3:1, 30 mL). The extracts were combined, dried (Na2SO4) and concentrated under reduced pressure to a solid (980 mg). Yield, 95%. MS(ES) (M+H)+=360.
