Reaction Steps
The same procedure as described in Example 326 was used, starting with (4-amino-2-ethanesulfinyl-pyrimidin-5-yl)-p-tolyl-methanone (Example 354) and 1-(4-amino-piperidin-1-yl)-ethanone to give 1-[4-[4-amino-5-(4-methyl-benzoyl)-pyrimidin-2-ylamino]-piperidin-1-yl]-ethanone as a white solid. MS (M+H)+, 354.
