Reaction Steps
Protocol T was followed using 5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamine, K2CO3, 2-Chloro-1-[4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-ethanone and DMF. Column chromatography using a solvent mixture (hexane/ethyl acetate=1/4) afforded the title compound as a colorless oil. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): 7.12–7.18 (m, 3H), 7.0–7.08 (t, 2H), 4.8 (s, 2H), 5.1 (s, 2H), 3.78–3.88 (m, 4H), 3.18–3.38 (m, 4H), 2.28 (s, 3H). MS (ES) M+H expected 317.37, found 318.1
