Reaction Steps
The product is prepared analogously to Example 14a starting from 5-benzyloxy-8-(2,2-dihydroxy-acetyl)-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one and 1-(3-amino-3-methyl-butyl)-4,4-diethyl-8-methoxy-1,4-dihydro-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-2-one. The crude product is purified by column chromatography (silica gel, dichloromethane/MeOH 95:5).
