In an analogous manner to that described in Example 20 d) and 27, the condensation of (S)-5-acetyl-3-amino-1-benzyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b][1,4]diazepin-2-one and 2,2-dimethyl-N-(2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-propyl)-malonamic acid [see Example 25 b)] yielded the title compound as a white solid; MS: m/e=553 (M−H)−.
