Following the same procedure as in Example H12 and starting from 6-fluoro-2-methanesulfonyl-4-methyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one (300 mg, 1.166 mmol, U.S. Pat. No. 6,498,163) and 4-(4-naphthalen-1-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-butan-1-ol (331 mg, 1.166 mmol), the title compound was made as a solid (323 mg, 0.684 mmol, 58.7%). MS: APCI: M+1: 462.1 (Exact Mass: 461.22).
