Procedure

A solution of the product from Step I (200 mg, 0.55 mmol) in 1N HCl/EtOAc (5.5 mL) was stirred at room temperature overnight. Solvent was removed under reduced pressure and solid washed twice with Et2O to afford the title compound as a white solid. MS m/z 264.9 (M++1).
