Reaction Steps
Compound 19 was prepared from Compound 12 using the same procedure as described above for Compound 16. Yield 0.582 g (41.5%) as a waxy solid. Rf=0.28 (hexane:ethyl acetate 8:2); 1H NMR δ 6.85 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 2H), 6.22 (t, J=2.25 Hz, 1H), 5.16 (br s, 2H), 3.31–3.07 (m, 4H), 2.35–2.28 (m, 1H), 1.97–1.29 (m, 12H); 13C NMR δ 156.07, 149.33, 107.65, 101.25, 50.92, 39.00, 32.55, 27.70, 27.43; MS: (ESI, Pos.) m/z 333 ([M+23]+).
