Prepared from 2-benzyloxycarbonylamino-2-methyl- N-[2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1-[[2'-(aminomethyl)[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl]-1H-benzazepin-3(R)-yl]propanamide, trifluoroacetate (Example 36, Step A) and trimethylsilyl isocyanate according to the procedure described in Example 37, Step A. 1H NMR (200 MHz, CD3OD): δ 1.40 (s, 6H), 1.82 (m, 1H), 2.15-2.60 (m, 3H), 4.12 (s, 2H), 4.32 (m, 1H), 4.85 (d, 15 Hz, 1H), 5.00 (s, 2H), 5.32 (d, 15 Hz, 1H), 7.05-7.43 (m, 17H). FAB-MS: calculated for C37H39N5O5 633; found 644 (M+H, 100%).
