Procedure
Following the same procedure as described in example 1E, 6-bromo-4-(3-chloro-phenyl)-2-methoxy-quinoline (300 mg, 0.859 mmol) and (3-chloro-thiophen-2-yl)-(3-methyl-3H-imidazol-4-yl)-methanone (230 mg 1.032 mmol) generated the title compound of 21A as a yellow solid (218.5 mg, 51% yield).
