Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 5-isopropylthio-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-carbonyl chloride (1.54 g., 7.5 mmole) and 4-amino-6,7-dimethoxy-2-(1-piperazinyl)quinazoline (2.1 g., 7.5 mmole) following the procedure of Example 1. The product had a M.P. of 260°-263° C. with decomposition.
