Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared according to the method of Example 15, using 58 mg (0.210 mmol, 1.0 equiv) 1-cyclopentyl-3-ethyl-1H-indazole-6-carbonyl chloride and 22 mg (0.231 mmol, 1.1 equiv) 3-aminopyridine as starting materials, to give 24 mg (34%) of white crystals: mp 133-135° C.; HRMS calcd for C20H22N4O+H: 335:1872. Found: 335.1900.
