The title compound was prepared from 2-(R)-(3-(R)-formyl-4-(S)-phenylpyrrolidin-1-yl)-2-(cyclohexyl)acetic acid, benzyl ester (from EXAMPLE 1, Step I) and 4-hydroxy-4-(3-(4-pyridyl)propyl)piperidine.HCl (from EXAMPLE 81, Step A) using procedures analogous to those described in EXAMPLE 71, Steps A and B. For the title compound: 1H NMR (500 MHz) δ 1.00-4.00 (35H), 7.04 (d, J=5.7, 2H), 7.24-7.31 (5H), 8.40 (d, J=5.7, 2H); ESI-MS 520 (M+H).
