The title compound was prepared from 2-(R)-(3-(R)-formyl-4-(S)-phenylpyrrolidin-1-yl)-2-(cyclohexyl)acetic acid, benzyl ester (from EXAMPLE 1, Step I) and 4-(2-napthylethyl)piperidine (from EXAMPLE 162, Step C) using procedures analogous to those described in EXAMPLE 1, Steps J and K. For the title compound: 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) a 1.103.80 (m, 33H), 7.10-7.60 (m, 9H), 7.68 (d, J=7.7, 1H), 7.83 (d, J=8.0, 1H), 7.99 (d, J=8.5, 1H); ESI-MS 539 (M+H); HPLC A: 2.83 min.
