The title compound was prepared following the procedure of example one with N5-(2-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-N2-(4-fluoro-benzyl)-1,N5-dimethyl-1H-benzoimidazole-2,5-diamine (99 mg, 0.25 mmol) and 5-amino-2-methyl-benzenesulfonamide (47 mg, 0.25 mmol) as a white solid (69 mg, 48%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, d6-DMSO+NaHCO3) δ10.28 (br s, 1H), 9.61 (br s, 1H), 8.45 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=2.1 Hz, 1H), 7.63 (m, 1H), 7.52-7.59 (m, 3H), 7.37 (s, 1H), 7.31 (s, 2H), 7.13-7.26 (m, 4H), 5.74 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 4.73 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 2H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.48 (s, 3H), 2.50 (s, 3H). MS (ESI) m/z=547 [M+H]+.
