The title compound was prepared following the procedure of example one with N5-(2-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-N2-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-1,N5-dimethyl-1H-benzoimidazole-2,5-diamine (99 mg, 0.25 mmol) and (4-amino-phenyl)-methanesulfonamide (46 mg, 0.25 mmol) as a white solid (111 mg, 76%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, dG-DMSO+NaHCO3) δ 10.03 (br s, 2H), 9.37 (br s, 1H), 7.87 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 1H), 7.54-7.64 (m, 2H), 7.32-7.44 (m, 3H), 7.19-7.24 (M, 3H), 7.08-7.14 (M, 1H), 6.81 (s, 2H), 5.82 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 4.76 (d, J=5.7 Hz, 2H), 4.18 (s, 2H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.47 (s, 3H). MS (ESI) m/z=547 [M+H].
