Reaction Steps
To a solution of the compound from Example 63 (0.075 g) in THF (4 mL) was added DIEA (0.10 mL) and methyl chloroformate (0.020 mL). After 3 hours, the reaction was concentrated and purified by chromatography (silica gel; 98:2 CH2Cl2/methanol, Chromatotron) to afford the titled compound (0.0715 g): MS (m/z) 533 [MH+]. mp 119.8° C.
