The product from step 4 (0.17 g, 0.28 mmole) was dissolved in dichloromethane (3 ml) and treated with piperidine (0.3 ml, 2.8 mmole). The mixture was stirred at room temperature under argon for 4 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the residue purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with ammonia/methanol/dichloromethane (1:9:90) to afford the title compound (0.063 g). MS (ES+) m/e 386 [M+H]+.
