3.7 g (8.9 mmol) [(3R,3aR,6R,6aS)-3-(5-fluoro-2-nitro-phenoxy)-2,3,3a,5,6,6a-hexahydrofuro[3,2-b]furan-6-yl]trifluoromethanesulfonate (prepared as described for III.3 from III.1) in 53.2 ml of a 1M solution of tetrabutylammonium flouride in THF (53.2 mmol) is stirred at RT for 3 h. Water and DCM are added and the organic layer is separated, washed with water, dried and evaporated. The residue was purified by FC.
