This compound was synthesized from 2-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)thiazol-4-yl)-2-methylpropan-1-amine and 5-(5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)nicotinic acid as described in example 8 step 6 (50 mg, yield 26%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD) δ 9.36 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 9.11 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 8.77-8.76 (t, J=2.1 Hz, 1H), 8.00-7.96 (m, 2H), 7.30 (s, 1H), 7.18-7.14 (t, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 3.75 (s, 2H), 1.50 (s, 6H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C22H17F4N5O2S: 491.10. found: 492.0 (M+H)+.
