This compound was synthesized from 2-(4-(4-chlorophenyl)thiazol-2-yl)ethanamine and 5-(5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)nicotinic acid as described in example 8 step 6 (65 mg, yield 35%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.46 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 9.24 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.80 (t, J=2.1 Hz, 1H), 7.82-7.80 (m, 3H), 7.41 (s, 1H), 7.38-7.36 (m, 2H), 4.05-4.01 (q, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 3.43-3.40 (t, J=5.9 Hz, 2H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C20H13ClF3N5O2S: 479.04. found: 480.0 (M+H)+.
