This compound was synthesized from (4-(4-(3,5-difluorophenyl)thiazol-2-yl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)methanamine and 3-(5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)benzoic acid as described in example 8 step 6 (20 mg, 10% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.45 (s, 1H), 8.24 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.64-7.54 (m, 2H), 7.35 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 6.73 (m, 2H), 3.95 (m, 2H), 3.85 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 2H), 3.70 (m, 2H), 2.28 (m, 2H), 2.05 (m, 2H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C25H19F5N4O3S: 550.11. found: 551.1 (M+H)+.
