实验过程

A suspension of 4-{[(1R,3S,4S)-3-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-4-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-6-chloropyrimidine (115.5 mg, 0.0002441 mol), sodium carbonate (62 mg, 0.00058 mol) and 10% Pd/C (26 mg, 0.000024 mol) in methanol (1.1 mL) was stirred under an atmosphere of hydrogen for 2 days. The reaction was purged with nitrogen and filtered through celite with EtOAc. The filtrate was concentrated and the residue was purified by flash chromatography (0 to 15% EtOAc/hexanes) to obtain 80 mg (70%) of the title compound.
