Reaction Steps
1-azido-2-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethane (7.0 g, 37.0 mmol), pent-1-yne (2.52 g, 37.0 mmol), sodium (R)-2-((S)-1,2-dihydroxyethyl)-4-hydroxy-5-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-olate (0.037 g, 0.19 mmol) and copper (II) sulfate (5.90 mg, 0.037 mmol) were added in a mixture of 1:2 (v/v) solution of water:butanol, yielding a product of 1-((3-(2-methoxyethoxy)propoxy)methyl)-4-propyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole.
