This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-(2-fluoro-4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-2-(piperidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.072 g; 0.173 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.200 mL; 2.00 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) at 60° C. for 18 h to afford 0.065 g (89%) of the title compound as a white solid.
