This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-methyl-2-(piperidin-1-yl)-6-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)pyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.080 g; 0.190 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.200 mL; 2.00 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) at 60° C. for 18 h. Purification by flash-chromatography on silica gel using a gradient of methanol (1-10%) in dichloromethane and then by preperative HPLC (HPLC method 1) furnished 0.0024 g (31%) of the title compound as a white solid.
