This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-(2-chloro-4-methylphenyl)-6-methyl-2-(piperidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.069 g; 0.166 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.200 mL; 2.00 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) at 60° C. for 18 h. Purification by flash-chromatography on silica gel using a gradient of methanol (1-10%) in dichloromethane furnished 0.033 g (44%) of the title compound as a white solid.
