This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-(1,2-dihydroacenaphthylen-5-yl)-6-methyl-2-(piperidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.040 g; 0.090 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.150 mL; 1.50 mmol) in methanol (1.5 mL) at 60° C. for 18 h. Purification by flash-chromatography on silica gel using a gradient of methanol (1-10%) in dichloromethane, followed by a purification by preparative HPLC (HPLC method 1) furnished 0.042 g (100%) of the title compound as a white solid.
