Reaction Steps
2-Iodo-1,3-thiazolo[5,4-c]isoquinolin-5(4H)-one (0.1 g, 0.3 mmol), DMF (10 ml), 1-dimethylamino-2-propyne (0.25 g, 3.05 mmol), (Ph3P)2PdCl2 (10 mg), CuI (1 mg), and triethylamine (1.2 ml) were stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the mixture was chromatographed on SiO2 gel, eluting, with dichloromethane/methanol (98/2), to produce the title compound. Yield: 68% yield.
